一種基于8255A的自整角機(jī)信號(hào)控制技術(shù)研究

摘要: 自整角機(jī)信號(hào)是一種高頻高電壓交流模擬信號(hào),,在火控系統(tǒng)中用來(lái)傳遞角度信息,,電壓的高低代表不同的角度大小,,便于計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)處理,需將這些模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)換,。提出了一種以8255A為控制芯片,,利用模/數(shù),、數(shù)/模轉(zhuǎn)換控制器對(duì)交流自整角機(jī)信號(hào)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)字采集和模擬轉(zhuǎn)換處理的控制方法,模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器完成對(duì)外部輸入的交流自整角機(jī)模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化采集發(fā)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),,數(shù)/模轉(zhuǎn)換器完成對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的控制數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行自整角機(jī)模擬化轉(zhuǎn)換后發(fā)外部設(shè)備,,8255A完成對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行輸入輸出控制。該控制方法具有控制靈活,、電路簡(jiǎn)單,、實(shí)時(shí)性強(qiáng)、可靠性高等特點(diǎn),,在火控系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,。

Abstract: The signal of Selsyn is a kind of high frequency and high voltage AC analog signal, which is used to transmit angle information in the fire control system. The voltage level represents different angle sizes, which is convenient for the computer system to process. It is necessary to digitize these analog signals. In this paper, 8255A is used as the control chip, and the analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion controllers are used to carry out real-time signal of selsyn,a control method of digital acquisition and analog conversion processing is proposed. The analog-to-digital converter completes the digital acquisition of the analog signal of the external input AC selsyn and sends it to the computer system. The digital / analog converter completes the analog conversion of the computer system and sends it to the external equipment. The 8255A completes the input and output control of the conversion data. It has the characteristics of flexible control, simple circuit, strong real-time, high reliability and so on. It is widely used in fire control system.

0 引言

    在火控系統(tǒng)[1-3]中各分系統(tǒng)設(shè)備一般分別布置在不同甲板的不同艙室內(nèi),,相互之間距離較遠(yuǎn)且船艙電磁環(huán)境復(fù)雜,,分系統(tǒng)設(shè)備之間需進(jìn)行大量的數(shù)據(jù)通信[4],如導(dǎo)航數(shù)據(jù),、姿態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)等,。為確保這些數(shù)據(jù)能可靠地進(jìn)行傳輸,需將這些數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換為高壓高頻交流“正弦波”模擬信號(hào),,利用高壓交流信號(hào)傳輸穩(wěn)定,、衰減小、適合長(zhǎng)距離傳輸?shù)忍攸c(diǎn),,將數(shù)字信號(hào)通過(guò)數(shù)/模轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)換為交流自整角機(jī)模擬信號(hào)發(fā)送給外部分系統(tǒng)設(shè)備,。同時(shí)為便于處理,需將外部分系統(tǒng)發(fā)送來(lái)的交流自整角機(jī)模擬信號(hào)利用模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)字信號(hào)進(jìn)計(jì)算機(jī)處理[5-6],。本文提出了采用8255A[7-8]并行接口芯片為主控芯片,,結(jié)合模-數(shù)模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器、數(shù)-模數(shù)/模轉(zhuǎn)換器,,實(shí)現(xiàn)火控設(shè)備接收外部設(shè)備自整角機(jī)模擬信號(hào)的一種控制方法,,此方法具有成本低、實(shí)時(shí)性強(qiáng),、可靠性高,、維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn),,被廣泛應(yīng)用于艦艇火控系統(tǒng)中。
