多發(fā)連續(xù)沖擊波超壓智能存儲(chǔ)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

摘要: 針對(duì)連發(fā)作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)的復(fù)雜環(huán)境,,研究一種基于SRAM和Flash的多發(fā)連續(xù)沖擊波智能存儲(chǔ)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以FPGA為核心控制器,利用采集存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)結(jié)合信號(hào)觸發(fā)識(shí)別,、標(biāo)記,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)沖擊波的多通道智能存儲(chǔ)。對(duì)4路壓阻式傳感器的信號(hào)調(diào)理實(shí)現(xiàn)基線自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),,保證了系統(tǒng)的靈活性與適用性;對(duì)SRAM分區(qū)存儲(chǔ)管理,、對(duì)Flash進(jìn)行流水線存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的多通道多觸發(fā)次數(shù)下的快速存儲(chǔ)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:測(cè)試系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)4個(gè)通道,、1MS/s采樣速率,、連續(xù)32次觸發(fā)下的信號(hào)智能存儲(chǔ),可應(yīng)用于作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)中的連續(xù)爆炸沖擊波測(cè)試,。

Intelligent storage measurement system of multiple continuous shock wave

Abstract: An intelligent storage and measurement system of multiple continuous shock waves based on SRAM and Flash is proposed for the complex environment of continuous experiment of combat. The system uses FPGA as the core controller and the multi-channel intelligent storage of continuous shock wave is realized by using acquisition and storage technology combined with signal trigger identification and marking. The signal conditioning of 4 piezoresistive sensors realizes the automatic adjustment of the baseline, which ensures the flexibility and applicability of the system. Partition storage management of SRAM and pipeline storage of Flash realize the fast storage of data under multi-channel and multi-trigger times.The experimental result indicates that the proposed distributed measurement system can realize the intelligent storage of signals under 4 channels, 1 MS/s sampling rate and 32 consecutive triggers, and can be applied to the continuous explosion shock wave measurement in experiment of combat.

0 引言

    作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)是指在可控,、可測(cè)的虛擬作戰(zhàn)環(huán)境中運(yùn)用作戰(zhàn)模擬原理研究作戰(zhàn)問(wèn)題的一種軍事實(shí)踐活動(dòng),連發(fā)作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)是一種特殊的作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)[1],,需要在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程長(zhǎng)且環(huán)境復(fù)雜的背景下,,從多個(gè)角度精確地記錄下每次爆炸所產(chǎn)生的沖擊波信號(hào)[2],并對(duì)其進(jìn)行處理,。然而常規(guī)的存儲(chǔ)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)通常是針對(duì)一次爆炸進(jìn)行沖擊波信號(hào)記錄[3-4],,需要頻繁地對(duì)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行指令操控以及數(shù)據(jù)讀取,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)有效信號(hào)的多次記錄,,效率較低,;不僅如此,,常規(guī)的存儲(chǔ)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)并沒(méi)有基線調(diào)節(jié)功能,測(cè)試環(huán)境以及傳感器靈敏度會(huì)影響測(cè)試系統(tǒng)基線,,不僅導(dǎo)致測(cè)試系統(tǒng)誤觸發(fā)或者不觸發(fā),,而且不利于對(duì)信號(hào)的處理分析[5]

    針對(duì)連發(fā)作戰(zhàn)試驗(yàn)的需求,,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于SRAM和Flash的多發(fā)連續(xù)沖擊波智能存儲(chǔ)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)[6-8],。該系統(tǒng)具備自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)基線功能,保證了系統(tǒng)的靈活性與適用性,,能夠適用各種復(fù)雜環(huán)境,;利用FPGA模塊化、多線程的工作模式[9-10],,對(duì)存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行分區(qū)管理[11],利用負(fù)延時(shí)技術(shù)結(jié)合信號(hào)觸發(fā)識(shí)別技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)多發(fā)連續(xù)沖擊波的多通道智能存儲(chǔ)[12],。
